The knee is one of the most complex joints in the body. Not only is it necessary for the knee to remain flexible, but it also needs to remain very strong. Join Stephanie for a yoga practice that promotes openness and stability in the knee. Learn about proper alignment for healthy knees and how to modify classic asanas to accommodate common vulnerabilities.

This workshop is suitable for students with healthy knees or general knee problems. It is not suitable for students with acute knee problems, intense swelling in the knee joints, or with knee replacements (which can require more individualized instruction).
